Meet Aaron.

The person who quotes your roof is the person who installs it.

Aaron Boire started in roofing out of high school and moved from shingle contracting to metal specialization. He’s a metalworker who sells and installs the roofs he quotes.

That means direct owner access, accountable communication, and no bloated sales process between the first conversation and the final walkthrough.

Final walkthrough
Review the finished roof together. Construction documentation and warranty included on standing seam work.

Properly installed standing seam metal roofing typically lasts 40–70 years depending on material and coastal exposure. Hidden fasteners reduce the surface wear and leak risk that shorten the life of exposed-fastener systems.

We specialize in metal exteriors—standing seam metal roofing and metal siding. Roof systems use hidden-fastener, screw-less standing seam panels (including profiles such as Aspen and pinch seam) with coatings suited to coastal exposure. We do not install asphalt shingles or torch-on roofing; when those come off, they are replaced with metal. Metal siding uses compatible panel profiles so the roof and exterior can read as one cohesive system.

A wide range of factory-applied colours and finishes is available on standing seam panels. During the quote stage, we review options against your home’s siding, trim, and surroundings—and use 3D visualization so you can see the roof colour before panels are ordered.

Yes. Panel profile, seam style, colour, and layout are all part of the conversation. We plan skylights, chimneys, low-slope crickets, valleys, and complex angles in the 3D model before install—not as afterthoughts on site. If you have a specific look in mind, bring reference photos to the site visit and we will walk through what works with your roof geometry and budget.

Exposed-fastener roofs screw through the panel face—each screw is a potential leak point and needs periodic tightening. Standing seam panels lock together along raised seams with fasteners hidden beneath. Cleaner look, fewer exposed failure points, less maintenance.

Yes. Low-slope crickets, pinch seams, skylights, chimneys, and multi-angle transitions are a core part of the work. Complex details are modeled and pre-cut before install—not improvised on the ladder.
